How is "Hours Behind" calculated?
For each project that was active at a given weekly snapshot:
Expected MANU = pctComplete × GOAL MANU. pctComplete is the linear share of the PSD→Bay End window elapsed at the snapshot.
Actual MANU = cumulative MANU labor rows from the ERP YTD export (Seq Description = MANUFACTURING or CONVEYOR LARGE, OR WC = A001 / A08L) dated on or before the snapshot.
Historical Hours backfill: for any project already closed out (Job Hours "Complete" group OR PQ Actual Completion Date set), we cross-reference the POST 8/1/22 Historical Hours board (numbers89). If ERP labor for that serial is less than 95% of the historical total (window predates the ERP export), we scale the ERP curve to match (or distribute linearly across PSD→BayEnd if there's no ERP data at all). The "Hist. Board MANU" column in drill-down shows the historical total when present.
Behind = Expected − Actual. If actual has already reached the goal, the project is treated as 100% complete (behind = 0).
MANU done short-circuit: a project drops out of "behind" from the day MANU is finished, using the earliest of three signals — PQ Manu Complete Date (real date, used historically), PQ MANU workstation tick (text59 contains a green check), or Weekly Team Lead board MANU green check (column auto-discovered on board 3347604135). Anything before that date still counts the project normally.
Completed projects also drop out from the day their PQ Actual Completion Date (date6) is set onward — same historical-preservation rule.
Bay assignment primary source is the Job Hours board group title (covers active and completed groups all the way back to 2022). Falls back to the schedule excel where Job Hours has no row.
Bay End primary source is the PQ Timeline column (start = PSD, end = kick-out-of-weld). Falls back to schedule excel Bay End Date, then PSD + (GOAL MANU / capacity) × 7 days.
Excluded: METSO projects, bay B15, idle TJ bay A4, UC, B5. JIG and UC hours are NOT counted in MANU.
