Load vs Realized Over Time
Load = each project's GOAL hours spread across that stage's window. Assembly = Production Timeline end + 6 days through PQ Est Completion Date (same span as the scheduling projection). Blast & Paint = 7 days starting the day after Production Timeline end (kick-out-of-weld). Realized = actual labor clocked into the stage's ERP buckets Mon–Sun, excluding METSO. The dashed portion past the “PROJECTED” marker is forward-looking ~3 months from the data cutoff. Click any week to drill into the projects driving it.

Goal Hours Efficiency Over Time
Variance % = (Actual stage labor − Goal stage hours) / Goal × 100. Green = finished at or under projected hours, red = over. A project counts once its stage workstation check (✅) is signed off on PQ, OR the PQ Actual Completion Date is set — whichever fires first. Blast & Paint Backlog Over Time
Backlog = hours of blast/paint work waiting in the queue. A project counts while MANU is complete (PQ Manu Complete Date, or the MANU workstation check ✅) and it has not yet shipped, with remaining = max(0, GOAL − ACTUAL) > 0 from the Job Hours board (Blast
numeric4, Paint numeric82). Remaining hours are drawn down week by week from the dated ERP labor, so a project leaves the queue as its actual reaches goal or when it ships.
